Wedding Outfits worn by Bollywood Celebrities!

As 2017 dawns upon us, the wedding season begins in full swing. Before making any appointments or finalizing outfits for the Big Day, any bride or groom would get their outfit inspirations from none other than our Bollywood celebrities. Obviously, who wouldn’t want their lehenga (Indian skirt) to be similar to their favorite celebrity?! In this post, we shall explore wedding outfits worn by various Bollywood celebrities at their wedding function.

Shahid Kapoor & Mira Rajput

Mira Rajput was dressed in this gorgeous pink-hued Anamika Khanna lehenga which complimented Mr. Kapoor’s cream white Sherwani, giving them both a simple yet bridal look.

Kareena Kapoor

Kareena Kapoor was seen walking the ramp for Sabyasachi at Lakme Fashion Week 2016, wearing a grey tone lehenga that was complemented with a maang-tikka (jewelry). This outfit reminds me of the famous Alia Bhatt dialogue “Main shaadi karungi toh Kareena-wala designer lehenga pehenke karungi!“

Bipasha Basu

For a more traditional bride, a bright red lehenga look by Sabyasachi is the best bet, as seen on Bipasha Basu on her wedding day.

Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor was seen walking down the ramp for Manish Malhotra in a cream-white sherwani, which was paired with black pants giving it a western – eastern look. This would work best for a Sangeet or a Mehendi function.

Soha Ali Khan & Kunal Khemu

The couple that looked like royalty at their wedding! Kunal Kehmu donned a cream white sherwani suit and his look was completed by a turban which matched the color tone of Soha Ali Khan’s Sabyasachi lehenga.

Fawad Khan

The Pakistani nawab Fawad Khan looked dapper in a black sherwani – a look that would suit a wedding Reception or a Sangeet.

These outfits make me want to get married right now! Also, this post isn’t sponsored by Sabysachi. I hope every girl and boy tying the knot end up looking like their favorite celebrity.

Until next time.
