A wedding cake may be the most elaborate dessert a couple ever purchases or serves, and hence it’d be a great idea to make it unique. Not only will the personalized cake bring back some tasteful memories for you and your partner, it will also display your epic story to your wedding guests.

“I had the talented artist Sara’s Henna design my bridal henna love story. I described to her the most iconic moments of my relationship and she was able to incorporate all these designs into my henna love story. I wish the Mehendi never faded, I was so pleased with my design. The talented Sayeda Nisa from Dubai, who copied Sara’s design onto my hands, did her job to complete perfection!” mentions the fashionista bride Roshini Daswani.

The bride, Kresha Bajaj, who is also a designer at Koecsh, created her own wedding lehenga and got her love story embroidered into the kalis – their milestones, the proposal and all the important events up until the wedding. She wanted to make it into a special piece of art, and hence used traditional embroidery techniques and materials to sew hidden elements into the garment. Hers and Vanraj Zaver’s (groom’s) name was embroidered into the garments, pictures of their story framed with embroidery and finished with a hem of jumping dolphins, which was the beginning of their story as they worked together on a protest against cetacean captivity.
